The historic Marlin Beachside reopens its doors after two full years of remodeling and restructuring under new management..
The Marlin Beachside is a boutique art-deco property, located in the heart of Hollywood Beach, just a few steps from the beach.
The Marlin Beachside has 11 independent units, distributed in a 2-story building. We have units capable of accommodating from 2, 4, and up to 6 guests. All our units have an independent private entrance, Full Kitchen, and most of them have a private balcony and a privileged ocean view.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Max, the property manager was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. He was willing to show us the rooms that were available and since we just came from a very bad experience that was really important. The place was pristine, we stayed in unit four and had our own private balcony with table, chairs and umbrella. Also included in the price were beach chairs, umbrella and bicycles. Everything is included in the quoted price! Amazing place and AMAZING SERVICE!!! This is literally one block off of the boardwalk with partial views of the ocean. Close to everything! Thank you Max, we will be back to visit soon!

If they had a 10 star to rate The Marlin l would! Took my 2 17 year old granddaughters from Michigan for a Senior Trip & stayed 6 days. I've been to Hollywood Beach many time & this was the best. Bikes. Chairs, beach towels, we grilled out almost every night. Cooked breakfast in our room daily. Kitchen set up is great! Super comfortable beds. Clean clean everything. New electrical & air conditioning, shower had hot water all the time. Can't say enough about the manager. Everything we needed he was there for us. Really close to Boardwalk as you could see ocean from our room and patio. Loved it and will return.. thanks for your hospitality!

We just spent 4 nights at the Marlin Beachside and loved it! It’s recently renovated and very clean. Located less than a block to the beach, it is easy to go back and forth between your room and the water. It’s also away from the busiest parts of the Broadwalk so we didn’t hear loud music all night, but close enough that we could walk to any restaurant. Bicycles, beach chairs, and towels were also provided. Max was a great host making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Also, there weren’t any resort fees or cleaning fees. The price you see is the price you pay. We hope to return in the future.

What an adorable boutique hotel with the best prices on the Beach! Their prices include everything-taxes, fees, parking, and cleaning which add up very fast at the other hotels plus they have free bikes, beach chairs and towels! It is so cool and retro on the outside and sleek and modern in the inside with a galley kitchen and so clean! I have no idea how someone could say it was outdated as it just opened after a total renovation(?). The owners were so nice and extremely responsive. We can’t wait to go back!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience
We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at the Marlin Beachside on our first trip to the area. Stayed in Unit #3 (2 bedroom). Room was clean, had a fully functioning kitchen, plenty of beach towels, chairs for the beach, and even what looked to be brand new beach cruiser bikes to enjoy the Hollywood boardwalk area. Location is perfect... probably 30-40 yds to the boardwalk, close proximity to restaurants, and miles of pristine beach. Nice, quiet, and safe area to make your vacation relaxing, while being a very easy 10-15 minute walk down the boardwalk to any evening music and dancing you may want. Max made sure our stay was everything we'd wanted and more, even providing a few special requests that we thought might be hard to get. He and the crew will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best stay possible. We greatly appreciated the fantastic service of The Marlin Beachside and Max... we have no doubts that when we go back, we will stay here again.
