The Marlin Beachside | Apart Hotel in Hollywood Beach.

The historic  Marlin Beachside reopens its doors after two full years of remodeling and restructuring under new management.

The Marlin Beachside is a boutique art-deco apart-hotel, located in the heart of Hollywood Beach, just 30 meters from the beach.

The Marlin Beachside has 11 independent units, distributed in a 2-story building. We have units capable of accommodating from 2, 3, and up to 6 guests. All our units have an independent private entrance, and most of them have a private balcony and a privileged ocean view.

Each unit incorporates a full kitchen, with all cookware included, the largest have private rooms, plus a living room and dining room. Each unit has fully equipped private baths.
One of our units (Unit # 3) is equipped with access and amenities for handicaps.

We provide each guest, at no additional cost, the following services/equipment…

For each room:

• Beach towels, quantity according to the number of guests per room + 1 beach umbrella.
• 2 Beach Chairs
• Free Bicycle rental (Subject to availability)
• Wifi
• Free packages receipt (Starting 7 days before guest arrival, until the check out day)
• Paid parking: $21.90 per day. (24hs) Directly to the city of Hollywood.
  We offer a discount code (must be requested at the front desk), so you can park in the Nebraska Parking Garage (327 Nebraska st) or any other for $21.90 per day.
• We offer Free Parking for guests staying 15 or more days.
  We DO NOT guarantee, and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for available parking spots over the street or on the Public Parking Garages.
• Laundry: We have a Laundry Room, with a washer & dryer machine, available for our guests. Of course, it’s FREE.
• NOTE, Cleaning: We do not include a daily cleaning service on our property, like hotels. But, guests will receive a 100% clean Unit, and will not need to return the unit in the same conditions.
  – Additional Pets Cleaning Fee: We charge a one-time $75 fee for stay, to guests Who are bringing pets.

Differentially to all beach hotels in Miami, Fort Lauderdale & Hollywood Beach, The Marlin Beachside has an “all-inclusive – No Resort Fee” policy.
We offer everything necessary, detailed above, at no additional cost, so that the guest can enjoy a full stay, without having to pay extras.

We do not have annoying resort fees, you will not have to pay the extras so common in beach hotels at the check-in, check-out moment.
